Six pathways, one standard: quality instruction

These are REAP-developed programs we currently run with scholars in-school, after-school, on Saturdays, and over the summer. Need something tailored? We also design custom instructional programs for your school, organization, or initiative.

Math Accelerator: Foundational Fluency to Advanced Mathematical Reasoning

Grades 3–12; site selects participating cohort

2 hours/day during the school year; 4 hours/day during summer programming

Our most requested out-of-school-time program. Math Accelerator is a thinkers' game — a fast-paced blend of mental math, conceptual knowledge, multi-step problem solving, and friendly competition. Scholars master core operations while building the confidence to reason algebraically.

Saturday Math Accelerated Academy

Urban K-8 school network

REAP designed a 20-week accelerated math academy in the out-of-school-time space for scholars in grades 3-8, blending mental math, conceptual work, and competitive Academic Games. We built the scope and sequence, trained 14 facilitators, and closed the season with an off-campus competition.

Scholars averaged two grade levels of fluency growth across the season.

Financial Literacy across the grades

K-8 charter network

REAP built a financial literacy scope and sequence that gave students real budgets, expense categories, and investment scenarios from elementary through middle school — complete with student workbooks and facilitator guides.

Students demonstrated stronger budgeting skills and could explain trade-offs between spending, saving, and investing.

Community youth center

REAP developed a STEM entrepreneurship program where young people moved from idea to prototype to pitch, combining design thinking, business basics, and hands-on technology.

Participants launched showcase ventures and gained real-world problem-solving experience.

REAP converted a youth-serving mission into a structured hands-on science program with weekly experiment kits, discourse routines, family nights, and a simple progress-monitoring system.

Attendance and family engagement both rose across the program year.
